Dumpling Time

Josh is my favorite person ever. A few of my favorite things about him are his humor (he makes me crack up giggling even in the middle of fights, which is annoying but also completely hilarious), his unwavering support of every decision I make, and lastly, his passion for food. I'm possibly the pickiest eater in the world, but I've never seen Josh turn any food away. Literally, he will eat anything you put in front of his face.

He always wants to try new things, which really keeps me on my toes. I'm a homebody and I would eat the same thing for dinner seven nights a week, so it's nice to live with someone so opposite of me. The other night, Josh wanted to make dumplings, and since I can't say no to him, I caved and we spent a few hours kneading dumpling dough, rolling it out, making filling and hand-packing these little nuggets.

We followed this recipe that I found on Pinterest, and it ended up being so good -- we made the pork and chicken ones! Be sure to try it out if you're feeling adventurous, but believe me when I say -- it wasn't that difficult to make!
