When it comes to grad gifting, I ask myself two questions -- 1) Is this a luxury? 2) Will the person have this forever? I love gifting people things that they'll cherish and I think choosing luxurious items (luxurious doesn't have to equal expensive) makes all the difference. Recent grads spend their money on rent, food and (maybe) furniture, so give them something they won't have time or money to buy themselves. Also, make it something timeless -- something for their apartment, a classic watch or a handbag they'll have for years to come. When it comes to graduation, it's all about spoiling that person and making them feel truly special. Since I'm graduating in just over a week, I've definitely got grad gifts on the brain. I'm so excited for the big day to get here and I can't wait to celebrate with my family and friends!
